Jie-Ping Wan


Dr. Jie-Ping Wan was born and grown up in Jiangxi Province, China. In 2004, he graduated with the BS degree from the Department of Chemistry, Nanchang University. And in 2010, the Ph.D degree from the Department of Chemistry (supervised by Prof. Yuanjiang Pan), Zhejiang University. Dr. Wan joined to the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Jiangxi Normal University as assistant professor in July, 2010 and was promoted to associate professor in 2012. He conducted his postdoc. research in RWTH Aachen University in Prof. Dieter Enders’ group between Sep. 2011 and Aug. 2012. Dr. Wan has won the honor of Thieme Chemistry Journal Award 2014. His current research interest focuses on the diversity oriented synthesis, organocatalysis and sustainable catalysis & synthesis.
